Normal sample without customized print or shape is free and we can send u by UPS or FEDEX which we will choose the most cost-efficient way for dear customers.

• How do your company ensure the quality of glass jar?

After the product comes out of the annealing line,we have sampling inspection. The main points are:

(1) Bubbles in bottles

(2) Crooked neck

(3) Inclined bottom: uneven feeding at the bottom, half-sided thickness, or even more than half, affecting product quality, lowering the product

(4) Thickness of the stitching line: The stitching line exceeds 0.5mm on the surface, and even the feeling of shaving is not allowed

(5) Material color: Generally speaking, the color of the material will not change greatly.

• How do you avoid glass bottle broken during transportation?

According different size of bottles we use carton with foam pad or cardbord interlayer and pallet with cardbord interlayer and PET film.When loading container we will consolidate cartons to pallet with tough binding tapes.
